Kerrie joined Macmillan Jersey in September 2021. Her role is Lead Cancer Support Worker for Improving the Cancer Journey Jersey (ICJJ). This is a joint project with Macmillan Jersey and Health and Community Services, to offer a Holistic Needs assessment for newly diagnosed Cancer Patients, who are referred in by Health. This service is delivered at The Oasis, Macmillan Jersey's cancer support and wellbeing centre.

Kerrie worked at the oral & maxillofacial unit at Jersey's General Hospital as a senior dental nurse, for 13 years. She has a lot of experience of dealing with head and neck cancer patients and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her.
